How to Start Your Online Earning Journey Without The Fear of Failure

A question a majority of people start out with is "How to Start Your Online Earning Journey Without The Fear of Failure". Even if the fear is not at the forefront of your mind, confusion and indecision normally is because the online world does look so daunting.

Where do I start? Who can I trust? What do I need? How much money is this going to cost me? Do I have to take any courses? And many more questions fly around.

Web Hosting

Let's get to it. The most important thing to do is to buy a website, build a list with an opt-in page and create a product that you give away when someone subscribes. With these three things you can start straight away to build a business.

The first objective is to collect a list of potential buyers, this is known as "the List". The list is important because it is your own group of prospects that have shown an interest in what you have to offer.

This list is what you need to first capture, grow and cultivate. It seems a very simple concept but if you do this right, the list will trust you and buy from you. What do you need to do first:

1. Select a website

2. Create an opt-in page

3. Link sign up box to auto-responder

4. Create a free report or gift

5. Send out report or gift each time a prospect subscribes by entering their details onto your web-page and submitting the request.

6. Follow-up with emails, audios and offers

The website is needed so that you can host an opt-in page sometimes known as a landing page. This page gives the information which allows the prospect to decide whether he or she is going to enter their name and email address for your free offer.

The only purpose of this page is to get people to sign up, so your free offer and information must be compelling. Concentrate on getting people to subscribe, so if the content or graphics is not contributing to that goal then remove it from the page. The other thing to note is that the web-page should be stand-alone, the prospect either subscribes or they leave.

The auto-responder is a tool that automatically captures the details from the website and can then send out the free offer you have put together. You use the auto-responder by pre-loading content into it. So you will write a welcome and thank you email for each subscriber and save this into the auto-responder.

You set-up the auto-responder to send the welcome email immediately to a prospect on the receipt of a sign-up email from subscriber. This email is the first to go and typically would also have a link to the free product allowing the subscriber to download the product.

The free content is something that you can create or obtain, but it must be something of value that the prospect wants. The best format for the free content is digital, be it a report, audio or video. This allows everything to be set up for the prospective customer automatically. But the most important aspect is that you can deliver it within seconds of the sign-up without you being involved.

This is important because people want their needs to be satisfied as quickly as possible. Although, you won't think of it initially, what you have set up will be able to cope with thousands of prospects. It is also the first step in creating trust as it shows that you deliver what you have promised.

As soon as you have the first sign-up you have created a list. Once you have the start of a list the key is to keep on communicating valuable information and offers to this list. You need to be consistent in that you should send information at set periods it may be daily, weekly or even monthly. By contacting your prospects regularly and consistently you will build trust and this will help you to build sales and a valuable business.

If you follow the steps outlined above you will learn how to start your online earning journey without the fear of failure.

How To Host A Victorian Tea Party Ideas Recipes

A Victorian Tea Party would be the most elegant of all. Everything in Victorian times was done lavishly. So break out your grandmothers china, silver, crystal & serving pieces. The fancier the better. Of course if you have a truly prized possession that would break your heart if it was damaged, please don't use for the party. Accidents do happen! Before you get your house ready & prepare your food, you have to send out invitations.

INVITATION IDEAS

Web Hosting

There are so many options here. With today's computer programs you can make some beautiful ones at home. Tuck an actual tea bags in the invitation. Perhaps make some using paper doilies & scrapbooking supplies.

DECORATING & SERVING

You will want to make the house as pretty as possible. Fresh flowers are a must, use them everywhere. I had a birthday tea in early June & I put vases of peonies everywhere, they are beautiful. Use traditional vases, or teapots that no longer have lids. Sometimes you can find then for a bargain since they no longer have a lid! Use candles both tapers & scattered votives or tea lights. I use some of those fancy shaped Christmas light that are sold now in all kinds of shapes. I have some pretty heart ones & some flower ones & even some dragonfly lights ( those are for the fairy tea party - see my page on fairy tea parties) Play soft music in the background. There are even tea party music CD's you can purchase. For tablecloths try lace or damask. Scatter silk rose petals on your table. Use real linen or fancy paper napkins. I found some monogrammed napkins at an antique store in California last year. They were inexpensive I guess because not too many people have an "O" monogram.

For Serving Pieces You Will Need At Least Some of the Following

Teapot Silver Or China

Sugar & Creamer

Salt & Pepper Shakers

Water Pitcher

Various Serving Trays

Tole Tray

China Serving Platters

Silver Serving Pieces

Crystal Serving Pieces

Crystal Plates

Crystal Bowls

Silverware

Pedestal Cake Plates

Porcelain or China Teacups

Pretty Plates(mix & match is OK)

Jam or Jelly Serving Jar

Demitasse or Fancy Spoons

You don't need to spend a lot of money. You can find some great bargains at your local thrift stores, flea markets & antique malls. Mix & Match is Definitely OK for teacups & saucers. Even mismatched sets are OK. Some I have been given as gifts, but most are from estate sales or thrift stores. I have at least 24 mix & match cups & saucers.

I love the pedestal cake plates or the tiered serving pieces. I have several I purchased at the Salvation Army. I bought a vintage Hobnail cake plate for . It has a repair on the pedestal part , but I cover with appropriate fancy ribbon! Be sure you use lots of scented candles, be creative with your candle holders. Use paper or tatted doily under or on your serving pieces.Be sure you have a nice glass or crystal on hand for water. Maybe not all of your guests drink tea.

To use for serving sugar or with teacups, or as party favors, be sure to see some of the demitasse spoons I sell. Aren't they sweet! Tie them up to a tea bag with a little satin ribbon & you have a darling tea party favor. If you can find some bargains, give each guest a fancy teacup to take home.

YUMMY FOOD TO SERVE

Offer your guests a variety of tea flavors. I leave them out in a lined basket. It is fun to use decorated sugar cubes & sugar tongs too!

TEA SANDWICHES

There are many varieties of tea sandwiches you can serve. Try to find a firmer style bread, cut the crust off & cut sandwiches either diagonally so you have 2 triangle sandwiches or in 4's for a bit smaller sandwiches. Cucumber sandwiches have long been a tea party tradition. This is an easy one that everyone likes. Just spread softened cream cheese on bread & top with thinly sliced cucumbers. Simple. For a fall or Christmas time tea try turkey & cranberry sauce sandwiches. Use your favorite egg salad or chicken salad recipe. try adding sliced almonds to your chicken salad recipe, yum! For other fillings you can use, watercress, tomatoes, cheese, deli meats, smoked salmon or ham salad. For Children spread softened cream cheese on bread & top with jelly, cut with cookie cutter. On top of the sandwich spread just a bit of softened cream cheese & dust with sprinkles.

SCONES BISCUITS COOKIES & CAKES

You cannot have a Victorian Tea Party without scones. You can find a variety of scone recipes on the internet. I have used scone mixes before as well. If you have a Panera Bread Store in your area, they have wonderful orange scones. You might like to have traditional devonshire cream, lemon curd or jelly or jams for your scones & biscuits.

Lemon Curd Recipe:

3 eggs1/2 cup fresh lemon juice1/2 cup salted butter 1 cup sugarMix together melted butter & sugar. Add well beaten eggs & lemon juice. Place in double boiler or over simmering water. Stir continuously for 15 minutes or until thick. Allow to cool & refrigerate. Will keep for about 2 weeks.

Traditional Tea Cakes Recipe:

4 cups flour1 cup butter2 egg yolks, beatenmilk1 egg white, beaten1/4 cup sugarCaraway seedsMix all ingredients together, mix to paste with a little warm milk, cover with a cloth and let stand for about an hour in a warm place. Roll out cut with round or shaped cutter & bake on lightly greased or sprayed sheet at 350 degrees until they are golden brown. For other treats serve a variety of breads, cakes & cookies. Serve sliced banana bread, shortbread cookies, your favorite holiday cookies, lady fingers, lemon cookies or biscuits, orange cake, peach or strawberry tarts or tartlets, petit fors, applesauce cake, brownies or fudge, carrot cake, gingerbread, or tiny cupcakes.

TEA PARTY THEMES

Do you need an excuse to have a Victorian Tea Party?? Next time you host a baby or bridal shower, make it a tea party, a birthday party for a friend, a Christmas tea is always beautiful. Host one for your ladies group at church or ladies Bible study. Celebrate an anniversary, invite over your grandma, or granddaughters, let your little girl invite her friends for a fancy dress up day! Combine a tea party with an etiquette class, have a garden tea party in the summer, and of course there is always Valentine's Day, my favorite. Be sure to visit my website for tea accouterments and tea party favors!

Ignorance is Bliss, but Costly: The 5 Dumbest SEO Mistakes Revealed

As new and even experienced web site owners we have all committed our share of blunders and stumbles along the way of making our sites rank higher on the major search engines. A lot of times we have gone against our gut feelings and listened to hearsay and unproven search engine optimization advice, or have jumped on the latest SEO bandwagon circulating the top SEO forums. But how many times have you made changes to your web site structure, content, or link popularity that cost you search engine ranking without being able to pinpoint the exact cause in the first place?

Well, ranking drops or the lack of ranking success initially can happen for many reasons, some of these reasons are within your control and others are not. For example, search engine algorithms updates and competitors moving on in your territory are completely out of your control. However, in this article I want to focus on factors and search engine optimization techniques that are in your control, but you may not be even aware of.

Web Hosting

Do you like to give your web site a fresh new look every couple of years or even more frequently? Did you know that the number one reason for ranking drops is site redesigns without taking into consideration the SEO implications?

Perhaps you have changed the page titles on a few web pages, or renamed a couple of important directories and as a result your search engine rankings had dropped. How can you prevent unintentional ranking gaffs from happening in the future?

Ignorance is No Excuse When It Comes to Google, Yahoo and MSN

While no one can prevent you from committing every possible SEO mistake especially unknowingly, but these top 5 SEO blunders you should definitely want to avoid. Structure, Design and Usability: Images used to embed content and navigational link. Designing or redesigning the web site with content embedded in images. There is nothing wrong with designing your web site and navigation to be super sleek and stylish. However, going overboard with visual layouts and fancy graphics can reduce the amount of text you can squeeze in the content area and visible links, leaving nothing for the search engines to index. On average, each web page should contain a minimum of 200 to 300 words of text sprinkled with the target keywords. Also the navigation should contain mainly text links using well focused target keywords in those internal links. Web site Navigation: “Click Here” – “Click There”. Your website visitor will no doubt will understand and follow the “Click Here” instructions, but can the search engines figure out as easily what the target pages are about? Give the search engines and your visitors a clue about the destination page by “labeling” your hyperlinks with a simple 2-3 word keyword rich instruction instead of using “Click Here” over and over. For example, if you want your visitors to find out about your “blue widgets” products, use “blue widgets” in your hyper links like this Blue Widgets [http://www.mysite.com/blue-widgets.html]. The bottom line is, no one cares if you rank number 1 for “Click Here”. Usability and SEO: “Welcome to Our Home Page”. If every page title on your web site starts with this text you are on your way to be ranked number one for this phrase. This is clearly not what you want. It’s time to review every web page on your web site and give it a meaningful keyword rich title, and while you are working on the head section of the web page, pay some attention to the meta description, and meta keywords as well. Although optimizing meta tags are no longer considered a ranking factor on today’s search engines, having a unique page description and set of keywords will set your pages apart from the competition, not to mention the meta description is often used word for word to describe your website in the search results pages. Link Popularity: Cross linking your website and acquiring inbound links over saturated with the same keywords. If you own a number of domains, the temptation is always there to take the easy road to link building by linking your websites together regardless of content and keyword focus. It seems easy right? There are two problems with this approach. The first one is, you mostly likely host all the websites on the same server so your web sites are easily grouped into the same C IP class by the search engines and set of spam triggers. The second problem is linking web sites with a diverse keyword focus may diminishes any inbound linking gains due to thematically unrelated keywords. An unnaturally high number inbound links with the exact same anchor text links can also spell trouble. The web is a naturally growing ecosystem of sorts, everyone links to whom ever they want to, and how they want to. This results in inbound links with a wide variety of anchor text wordings. When you acquire inbound links through link exchanges, paid links or other sources you have to watch for links with an unnaturally high repetition of keywords in the anchor text to avoid the search engine spam radars. Structure, Design and Usability: Changing page and directory names and leaving orphaned pages on the engines. Changing web page names and directory names should be done with the outmost care. The older the web pages are the more harm you can do by not following some simple rules in removing or changing web page URLs. The search engines index new web pages within days if not hours on your website automatically thanks to their powerful crawler agents. Once the location of the new URL is registered with the search engines, it will remain in their database forever providing you don’t delete or rename the page. If you remove or rename the web page, the search engines will remove the page from their index including any link popularity or Google Page Rank data. This can have a negative influence on your web site’s ranking and your link popularity. The better approach would be to leave the page URL intact and simply write new content for the page. If you absolutely must remove or rename the web page, use what is called a “301 Permanent Redirect” to the new URL.

Vlogging - Getting Started

Want to have your own TV show? Do you have the need to spread your wisdom to each and every member of the Internet-connected community? Do you just want to stay in touch with friends and family? Now you can. Vlogging, a social, personal/amateur/professional broadcasting opportunity is the latest in online interactive technology with a community. Have a good idea? Put it on the web, talk about yourself and join the revolution.

To get started you must have an idea or, a spark of an idea or, a little bit of curiosity. It doesn't take much. Produce a few minutes of video by using a digital camera or a still camera with 'movie' feature, edit it or don't and post it online and see what happens is more the rule of thumb. Sure, it can be grandiose with corporate advertising, field reporters, proper credits and a script. Your vlog can also be 'home-video' style entertainment of you sitting in your bedroom eating a bowl of cereal. The numbers don't lie- people want to see the intimate details of other people's lives. As we get farther and further removed in our own worlds with little reason to leave the laptop, people are coming forward with their lives published and broadcasted for all the world to see.

Web Hosting

Here are some suggested resources for videophiles who want to start vlogging:

For tools, training and tutorials: Freevlog.org and Node101 are excellent examples. Freevlog/ Blogger is the leading weblog tool on the Internet. Anyone can view your site, whether they are registered or not (unlike MySpace). You are able to completely design your own blog. There are free tutorials and immense amounts of help to assist you in getting started. Freevlog wants you to join the community of vloggers, making it easier for you to get your skills together on the technical side. Recommended: how to hack your own blog and a basic HTML guide.

Blip.tv for free hosting, support, advertising options and promotion. This site features hundreds of channels to give you an example of what is out there in the Vlogosphere.

WordPress - WordPress is a free blog software that has more features than Blogger. It has the ability to label your postings using categories, making it easier for viewers to search around your site. WordPress has the advantage over Blogger if you are more technically oriented. If you know xHTML/CSS/PHP, the software can be customized and encourages creativity. WordPress requires a mySQL database space on a server. Adding links is simpler than on Blogger and published faster.

Feedburner - provides media distribution and gets your media out there in the Vlogosphere to audiences for blogs and RSS feeds. The services Feedburner provides helps bloggers, vloggers and podcasters promote, deliver and profit from the content you upload onto the web.

FireAnt is an application website you can use to list your vlog, attract viewers and subscribe to channels. It unifies content for easy viewing, transforming all formats (Quicktime, Windows Media, Real, Flash, MP3, and more) for hassle-free video watching on your computer.

"Clearly, given easier solutions, consumers will be far more likely to edit their videos," said Sharpe Partners interactive agency's CEO Kathy Sharpe. "And those who edit their video are presumably more likely to share it with others, which will expand this market even further."

Blogging Bootcamp - How to Set Up Your Blog From Scratch

Is a blogging bootcamp really necessary? Especially with all the free blogging sites out there like Blogger or Squidoo?

Having a blogging bootcamp serves a couple purposes.

Web Hosting

First, people want to learn how to host their own blogs so they can show them off to their friends and family. It is cool to create something from scratch and call it your own. I find the blogging templates at some of these blogging sites annoying and unoriginal. I prefer to have a fully customizable website with lots of choices and themes to choose from. That is exactly what you get when you set up your own, self hosted, WordPress blogg. (A self hosted WordPress blog is different than a Wordpress.com blog.) Which leads to the second reason for a blogging bootcamp. A self hosted website allows you a lot of freedom in the kind of content you put into your blog. There are different rules for a lot of Free blogging sites that restrict content and what you can do with your site. In fact they have ultimate control and shut your site down if they want to. Plus there is a third reason, and that is search engines prefer self-hosted sites over those lame cookie cutter sites. (Now even though they are lame they do serve a purpose but I will reveal that at a later time.)

How to set up a blog from scratch

The best way to learn how to set up your WordPress blog is to watch and learn. Lot's of have gladly paid hundreds of dollars to learn how to do this. However, there are a plethora of blogging videos on YouTube to show you how and there are some Free Blogging Bootcamps on the internet mostly by other bloggers. But for now we will just outline the process.

1. Purchase a domain name. Select an appropriate name for your blog. You could use your name or the name related to your business or hobby. If you can't decide the settle on using your personal name. You can't go wrong here because no matter what you are using your blog for your name will become synonymous with what you are blogging about over time.

2. Purchase a web hosting account. There are some really good and inexpensive web hosting sites. Many domain providers offer web hosting but I would shop around. Don't pay too much and don't get over sold on a web hosting account. You don't need dedicated servers for what you are doing with a blog. I use HostGator for my blog because it is cheap and you can set up your blog with a few clicks of the mouse. Also Bluehost offers a great all-in-one package, domain and webhosting with 1 click install of WordPress.

3. The last thing is to install your free WordPress website. WordPress is a fully customizable blogging program. What is great about it is that there are a gazillion plugins, themes and widgets you can install onto your blog. But don't let that overwhelm you because WordPress make it easy to find a theme you like and the plugins are easy to install to. Just click your mouse and that is it for most of them.

Lasting Benefits for Blogging

Having a blog for your website is far better than paying for an expensive professional website that never gets any traffic to it. A blog with great content will please your visitors and the search engines. The key is to have good content which is the fun part. Of course creating articles linking to your website like this one helps too. And once it is up there it never goes away. It is there for your visitors to enjoy. Click on the resource links below for more instruction on setting up a self hosted blog.

Stop Wasting Time and Money With Your Article Marketing

Online marketers are always arguing for or against the value of article marketing. Many will argue that article marketing could provide real traffic and sales to ones' website, and furthermore, article submission has the potential to offer some serious SEO value to the marketers' websites. Many more will tell you that article marketing is an utter waste of time and money...

The difference between those who do well with article marketing and those who do not is usually a matter of education, or lack thereof...

Web Hosting

Those who succeed with article marketing generally know a few things that others don't, and just as importantly, these people understand the nature of the article marketing landscape.

Those who fail with article marketing do so for a number of reasons, although most importantly, the reason for failure is rooted in a lack of knowledge about how to truly make article marketing work for them, and the lack of understanding about an always shifting landscape of article marketing.

Other reasons many online marketers fail with article marketing:

* They think that one article is a good test of the technique. Even the greatest baseball player in history (Ty Cobb) only batted.367, which is just a hair over one hit for every three "at bats".

Even the professional article marketers, who have a track record of making hundreds of thousands of dollars with article marketing, do not produce winners at the same level as Ty Cobb provided hits... There are no article marketers who hit it out of the park every time... As with anything else in life, article marketing success is dictated by the Law Of Averages.

So consider this: If the professional article writers do not hit it out of the park with every article, what makes YOU think that your one article is a "good test" of the technique?

* People suppose that since article marketing is a method of advertising, then they should "advertise" in their articles. But, it does not work that way. People want information, so in articles, we give them the information that they want. All advertising should be reserved for the Authors' Resource Box that follows the article - this is also where you will place your anchor text links, to influence your websites' rankings in the search engines.

* Press Releases are for sharing news about your company. Articles are for sharing information that people want to know. In your press release, you should mention the name of your company / website inside the main body of text. But with articles, you should only mention your company / website in the Authors' Resource Box.

* If people will not want to read your article, reputable publishers will not want to publish your article.

The Always Shifting Landscape

Websites that are willing to accept your articles directly fall into two categories:

* Those who will publish anything; and

* Those who have editorial standards and are very selective about the articles they are willing to accept from marketers...

Those who will publish anything generally find it difficult to attract repeat visitors... Therefore, they find that attracting visitors is a struggle that never ends.

This results in websites that do not provide profits to the website owner... How many websites do you own where you will keep pumping money into them, once you have come to the realization that those websites will never turn a profit for you?

New website owners will frequently prepay up to two years of domain registration and web hosting. As you can imagine, if after two years the website has never turned a profit, the site will close when its registration expires.

The other side of this coin is that if the website is not earning money, the website owner will frequently quit working on it, well before the website expires... So if it is an article directory, don't be surprised when you realize that the website works, but no one is home to approve your article submissions...

Those webmasters, who do have editorial standards, find attracting and keeping visitors to be much easier... And as a result, they find that earning a profit is not only realistic, but it is a way of life...

Article Directories that have editorial standards, like IdeaMarketers.com, will continue to be around for a very long time. In operation since 2001, IdeaMarketers has always operated with clear editorial standards in place, and so long as its owners continue to exercise the prerogative to have editorial standards, you can bet that this website will continue to attract repeat visitors and to earn a profit for years to come.

Quality information is the key to the survival of websites and to writing articles that will stand the test of time, delivering a lifetime of traffic and sales.

Here Today... Gone Tomorrow...

If for one minute, you rely on websites that will publish anything, to make your article marketing campaigns work for you, then you will find that most of your article submission efforts will be wasted...

The owners of a vast majority of the Article Directories are not even approving the articles that have been submitted to them...

And even if they are approving articles, most of those websites that will accept your article submissions will close within two years, due to a lack of profits, resulting from a lack of editorial standards on the part of the website owner.

The vast majority of websites, which accept articles from the public, stop approving articles within just a few months... Thereafter, when the domain expires, the website and your articles on it will disappear into the dust bin of history...

In Conclusion...

If you focus only on you or your products / website in your articles, then you will have no one to blame for your failure, but you...

But, if you focus on providing your readers information that they can use and will enjoy reading, then your article marketing campaigns could provide the level of success to you that you seek, just as it has provided success to the many authors, whose names you know and websites you recognize by name...

Do You Know How to Start a WordPress Blog?

A multitude people every day flock to the internet's search engines searching for information on how to start a WordPress blog. This occurs for good reason, WordPress is the best blogging platform out there. The most successful bloggers in the world use it, as well as unknowledgable blogging newcomers. It is open source material, meaning that any individual can use it, at no cost to them. In this short article I would like to educated you on how to start a WordPress blog, and even a little trick that you can utilize to make the process as laid back as possible.

To begin making a WordPress blog, you first require a theme. There are hundreds of free themes, which are the basic look that you blog will have. The theme includes all aspects from the layout to the colors that are used in the design. If you would like, you can even have a theme custom created for you, or you can purchase a premium theme with lots of built in features. I myself use a premium theme with a few customizations. It's great. To decide on a theme, all you are required to do is meander your way through the massive library that WordPress provides. When you pick one out and have a basic thought of what your blog will appear like, you will want to get a web hosting plan.

Web Hosting

This process is really simple, although sometimes it can give the image that it is very challenging. In fact, the entire process can take a few as five or ten minutes. There are hundreds of different web hosting companies available, and you should have to take a little time to find one. A very helpful method to save this time is to look to a well known blogger in the blogging community. You should find out what already established bloggers are using and then go from there. If people are using a company, that must mean that they are going to be useful. If you happen to be consulting a WordPress installation and setup service to get your blog going, you can trust what they have to say about web hosts.

I myself have tested out a number of different hosts and been happy with all of them. The majority of web hosting companies have the same usable features, just small spreads in their price structure. At the point which you have purchased your own web hosting plan, you will need to install WordPress. This process can be as easy or as hard as you would like to make it. With web hosts that utilize a c-panel type of interface, set up can be fairly straightforward.

It can get a tad confusing, and that is why I encourage that you have a person with experience do it for you if it is your first experience using WordPress. At the point that you have your blog installed, you will be required to configure certain things inside the WordPress administration options. You will have to edit your email address and blog password. You can change your login username if you would like. The biggest thing that you will need to do with your new blog is install the most popular and important plugins.

Plugins are features that you install on your blog to add much increased functionality. These plugins will add a lot, including automatic backup of your blog so you don't lose any of your hard work, and cut out spam commenters. It really all depends on what you would like, there is a plugin for pretty much every situation and use that you can think of.

This bas been a basic concept on how to start a WordPress blog.

How to Make Your PTO Paperless!

It's a familiar scenario. You sit through a parent teacher group meeting where the thought of going paperless is discussed. Ideas are tossed around and the eventual outcome is that your PTO will now send out announcements of events and activities as email attachments. The group also decides to launch a website where they will post the information and upload the forms and flyers for everyone to download.

The idea is implemented, your families compliment you on the progressive approach to running your PTO, and then it dawns on you...the paper is still piling up in your mailbox. You say to yourself, "We're not sending out paper, but we're still collecting loads of paper. We're only half paperless!"

Web Hosting

Actually, you're only one quarter paperless. Read on...

You're on the right track by eliminating the distribution of paper forms and flyers. However, making them available for download from your website or through email attachments does not accomplish the paperless goal. As we have seen, your families still need to print the forms, fill them out and mail them in to you.

So how does your parent teacher organization become paperless?

You have a website, but you need to take it to the next level. A level where your website offers pages that your families fill out instead of paper forms. A website that will collect all the information you need and present it to you in list or spreadsheet format. For example, you can direct new families to a page on your site that will ask them to enter their name, address and contact information. Once they complete the form, their contact information is recorded on your website and is there for you to refer to as you need it.

Did you see how this simple scenario has eliminated many hours of work for your PTO volunteers? Your families key the information into the website. Your website compiles and displays the information of all families with the simple click of a button. With this, your volunteers and your PTO have benefited from the elimination of hours of sorting, collating and filing. And your PTO is on the path to being truly paperless.

It sounds expensive, right? Actually it is very affordable. The Paperless PTO is a web hosting provider that offers a very affordable solution. They have designed a website template that is catered exclusively to parent teacher organizations. The program will guide PTO's, PTA's and all other parent teacher groups on how to be truly paperless. And they will do it at the pace you are comfortable with. The template even includes a fundraising program built into it that will turn a small monthly expense into recurring income for your PTO. Volunteering can be a thankless job. Why not make it easier and why not make it rewarding.

Is God One? Exposing the Lies of the Judeo-Christian Religion Or Judaism by Another Name - Part 3

This time I am focusing on Old Testament Holy Scriptures due to the fact that since completing part two, I have received some very irritating correspondence doubting and/or challenging The Truth as I have written it in parts one and two. In this communication which, I hasten to add, was twelve A4 pages long, (well it was from a theologian so what did I expect - a couple of paragraphs!!??) the author tried to prove that God is one, as you do when you are a deceived mainstream Christian. In this diatribe Isaiah 43 is quoted as evidence to prove their case, so let's go there now and see what it says:

Isaiah 43:1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

Web Hosting

You see, when you blindly limit the Godhead to one being, by default, you create all manner of difficulties for yourself. This then means you have to write twelve pages of A4, full of intellectual clap trap, in order to explain The Truth away. If, on the other hand, you know that They, the Godhead, are two beings, you will then understand that it is always the Lord Jesus Christ as God, who is speaking. He is speaking as God before He was made flesh, so from this knowledge we can know that it is the Lord Jesus Christ speaking in this particular verse. How can you be so sure I hear you say? Well, the answer to this is very simple, for there is one word here that tells us immediately who is speaking - 'redeemed'. The use of the word 'redeemed' here means the Lord Jesus Christ is speaking, for The Father is not the redeemer nor has He ever been the redeemer. The Lord Jesus Christ was, is and will be the redeemer of His people Israel; He has always been The Redeemer or The Saviour just as He has always been God with God - one of two beings.

Isaiah 43:3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

In this verse we have simple confirmation of what I have been saying. The Lord Jesus Christ, here, is telling us through Isaiah that He is The Lord (The Eternal) our God - the Holy One of Israel, our Saviour. There is only one Saviour, but this verse is not, I repeat, not, telling us that God is one. If you think it does then you are deceived. What The Lord is telling us here is that He is a member of the Godhead - the Saviour member rather than the Father member. The Lord Jesus Christ is speaking in this verse not the Father. We have to remember that the Lord Jesus Christ is the 'logos' of John 1, which means He is the Word or the spokesman of that Word - He made all the declarations. He spoke to Adam, He spoke to Noah, He spoke to Abraham, He appeared as Melchisedec, He appeared to Abraham, again, with the two angels before they went into Sodom and Gomorrah to rescue Lot and his family, He spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai and He spoke to all the Old Testament prophets at different times down through the ages. The Father was not involved in these communications and so we come to the next passages of Holy Scripture, which graphically display what I am saying:

Isaiah 43:10-11 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am He: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.

Here in these verses Isaiah is telling us that the Lord Jesus Christ is calling the people of Israel to be His witnesses and He is telling us also that he i.e. Isaiah is His servant whom He has chosen to specially carry that message to the Israelites. In verse 11 Isaiah confirms that it is the Lord Jesus Christ speaking as a member of the Godhead when he states that He is I, I The Eternal the self existent or Jehovah. Here is the Hebrew rendering of verse 11:

I I Yahweh and there is no from apart from me one saving.

So what is this verse, in Truth, saying? Quite simply, it is telling us two things: 1) First and foremost, it is the Lord Jesus Christ speaking here, and He is telling us that He is the 'I Am' or He is 'I Am the I Am Yahweh'. This is the same 'I Am' that told Moses to go tell the Israelites that 'The I Am' had sent him (Moses) to them and that he spoke with the authority of the 'I Am' of the Godhead. 2) He is also telling the Israelites that He is the Saviour and there is only one Saviour. We must understand that the Father was never the Saviour, so these verses can only be the Lord Jesus Christ speaking for Himself, as a member of the dual Godhead.

Within this message, too, there is an admonition to the Israelites who had a preponderance to be very idolatrous, rebellious and adulterous in their worship of Baal and other useless satanic, man made, deities. So the Lord, through Isaiah, clearly tells them here, that, unlike the deities they were worshipping, He had no creator and He was not formed or created like any of the man made gods of Balaam. This verse, in effect, is an early version of: "I Am the Alpha and the Omega" telling the foolish Israelites that He, the Lord Jesus Christ Jehovah, had no beginning and no end. Needless-to-say, we can now see that these two verses in no way support the theological notions of men with their monotheistic deity - in other words, God is not one.

Moving on we now have another verse from Isaiah which gets misinterpreted by spiritually dead theologians and mistranslated by illegitimate translators with the Devil's agenda:

Isaiah 44:8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.

Now from the Hebrew: Must-not-be you-are-being-afraid and must-not-be you-are-fearing not from-then I-announced-you and I-told and-you witnesses-of-me ?there is Eloah from-apart-from-me and there-is-no rock no I know. Verse 9 ones forming of carving all-of-them chaos....etc. etc.

Now look at what we have going on here. In the KJV the word 'God' appears twice and yet in the Hebrew it only appears once. Looks like we have some jack-ass translators jumping to conclusions they shouldn't jump to, for the word 'rock' has been interpreted erroneously as 'God'!! How do we know that it is erroneous? Well, look, you can see for yourself that the emphasis is still on the Israelites and silly carved images. What were the principal materials for these blasphemous carvings, why, stone or rock or wood.

This verse is not telling us that God is one, it is telling us that the Lord Jesus Christ was telling these wayward people that stone gods or gods made from rock, were no gods at all and that He was the only real God in this equation. How do you know and how can you be so sure, I hear some of you say? Easy, just have a look at the verse that precedes Isaiah 44:8:

Isaiah 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

And in the Hebrew: Thus He-says Yahweh (The Eternal) King of Israel and One redeeming of Him Yahweh (The Eternal) of hosts. I first and-I last and from apart-from me there is no Elohim (Gods plural)

Now just look at what's going on here, for although we can plainly see there are Two Beings that constitute the Godhead, not one being, in reality, we have nothing but confusion emanating from this verse. Let's take the KJV and analyse it, first, because, as per usual, this is where we will find most of the corruptions. As we begin to analyse it what we first need to understand is the fact that it is the Lord Jesus Christ speaking here. He is speaking as Yahweh or The Eternal, the King of Israel. He is the King of Israel not the Father or the Eternal of Hosts as He is described here, and yet what is this verse saying? It's erroneously attempting to tell us that the Yahweh or The Eternal of Hosts i.e. The Father is the Redeemer, how can that be? Well, it can be, because the translators made a monumental cock-up or have, more likely, deliberately set out to deceive and confuse. Even the Hebrew version I have used has got it wrong. Here is another thing: how can the two God's of the Godhead, as displayed in the first half of this verse, then become a singular God in the second half, with one half of the Godhead actually denying the existence of the other half of the Godhead!!??

Let's be clear, for this is how this verse should read: Thus says Yahweh (the Eternal) the King of Israel, the one redeeming Israel speaking for and on behalf of the Yahweh (The Eternal) of Hosts. We are first and we are last and apart from us there are no other Gods (Elohim).

Now before you start tearing your hair out at what I have said here, you need to understand that there are no contradictions in the Holy Word of God and with this in mind I will copy here Strong's comments on the word/letter 'I':

H589 aniy pronounced anee contracted from H595 anoki pronounced aw-no-kee-'I'; or I; (as for) me; myself; mine; we; X which; X who.

Notice how this word 'aniy' can also mean 'we'. Rather interesting, don't you think, and, of course, it means that what I am saying in my translation is not outrageous at all?

Furthermore, I know, that as you read this verse it will sound strange to you, but when you come to the realisation that you have been brain washed all of your life into thinking that God is one, The Truth of the Duality of the Godhead will then begin to dawn and hopefully sink in. Whether we like it or not, the Two Gods of the Godhead are clearly revealed to us in this verse and then the translators tried to hide that Truth by trying to con us into thinking that the Lord Jesus Christ then went on to say that there were no other God's besides Him - a blatant lie and/or a contradiction. In other words, the second half of this verse is denying the existence of the Yahweh or the Eternal of Hosts - The Father God, who is plainly mentioned!! Unbelievable - of course, you bet your life it's unbelievable; it's supposed to be unbelievable, it's translated that way deliberately so that, through the confusion it causes, you will not be able to believe it!?

Having said all this, there will obviously be a majority of you out there who will say: What gives you the right to alter the Holy Scriptures in such a way? Well, I'll state it like this: I have every right, when, after years of Bible study, I have discovered dozens of other evil corruptions in the KJV that have been more easily revealed by the Greek and Hebrew MSS. This is what I call the Law of Precedent and it has been shown to be an extremely accurate and reliable law. Whereas in the early days of my study I would be stunned to find a discrepancy, now I am stunned if I don't find one. In turn, I have shown through all the errors I have made public in my other articles, that this is The Truth. If these 'mistakes' had been proven to be the exception, rather than the rule, then the benefit of doubt would have held sway, but I have proven unequivocally that this is not the case and to apply the benefit of doubt to so many corruptions would have been naïve in the extreme on my part. So, it is with this in mind that I challenge you to prove me wrong in my translation of Isaiah 44:6.

Furthermore, in my web searches, I came across these words from a theologian by the name of Dr David Antion, and I quote:

"When a Bible student reads the New Testament, he can be much surer of meanings of words than when he is studying the Old Testament.

Hebrew is obscure. We don't know what it means, but we say we're going to guess this or that. But, the New Testament, I believe, is very reliable."

Actually, I would challenge him here on two counts: 1) my view is that the Hebrew is not as obscure as he might think, especially if you understand that it is Judaisers and latter day Pharisees who have corrupted it. They have deliberately given the Old Testament a monotheistic Judaic flavour. 2) I now believe that both Old and New Testaments are as bad as each other in terms of man's corruptions. However, it's great to know that I am not alone in struggling to understand what is written in some Old Testament Holy Scriptures.

OK, getting back to Isaiah, I will finish off this article by looking at Isaiah 44:7 having explained what was really said in verse 6:

Isaiah 44:7 And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.

This verse makes more sense from the Hebrew - surprise; surprise!

And who like me He-shall-call-out and He-shall-tell-her and He-shall-arrange her for me from to place of me people of eon and things arriving and which they shall come and they shall tell to them.

Now as in Isaiah 43:1 we have a give away as to whom the Lord Jesus Christ is speaking about here. In the KJV this verse is written as if the Lord is asking a question but He's not, He is making a statement following on from verse 6 where He said: "We are first and we are last and apart from us there are no other Gods (Elohim)."

From The Living Bible and continuing from above: Isaiah 44:7 Who else can tell you what is going to happen in the days ahead? Let them tell you if they can and prove their power. Let them do as we have done since ancient times.

What did the Godhead do in ancient times? They made man in Their Image, after Their likeness:

Genesis 1:26 And God (Elohim - plural) said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:

God is not one, and don't believe any blaspheming dog who says otherwise, especially if they say He is one in three and three in one.

I hope you enjoyed reading this article as much as I did researching it and writing it.

Web Project Management - Aspects to Consider With Web Project Management Software

When a small business begins to grow, it will soon be time to begin hiring more staff members, freelancers or virtual assistants to help with the everyday operation of the company. You will need the tools to help effectively manage projects, as organization is an important aspect of a successful business. This is where web project management software comes in to play. There are the traditional project management tools, such as Gantt charts and other highly-detailed project schedules, but today, the web based software tools offer more than the traditional methods of monitoring projects and keeping business operations running smoothly.

A web project management system allows team members to have access to the tools needed for a specific project, while interacting with other team members in an online environment. Often times these applications are software as a service that includes hosting for the project management tool for a specific business. There are both paid and open source options available. When searching for a project software option suitable for your business, you first need to consider your business needs because the tool features are suitable for different purposes. There are three main purposes for the software, including collaboration, managing resources and project task management.

Web Hosting

Web project management software helps you manage resources, and this is essential for business looking to hire virtual assistants and freelancers. Using this tool helps you manage these remote employees more efficiently. You can more effectively send out messages to entire groups that are working on the same or similar projects. In addition, the discussion boards or mass emails permit staff to see all the comments made, which allows them to better communicate and learn from one another. This type of tool also helps you manage different projects, track the tasks and see the time spend on each project.

Web project management software is great for working collaboratively, as many of these tools offer teams the ability to communicate and interact with one another, sometimes even in real time. This is a good element for brainstorming and problem solving as a group. When choosing project management software there are some things to consider before making a decision. Take the initial and ongoing cost into consideration and find a tool, whether paid or open source, that fits your budget. Scaling is another aspect to keep in mind. As the business grows and you add more team members or projects you may need upgrades. Support offered is also important, because having access to an active forum moderated by the developer is ideal for solving technical issues.

What Are the Advantages of Paid Web Hosting?

The decision to pay for web hosting or not has gotten a lot of debates from a plethora of people. The term web hosting simply refers to a service that allows individuals to place their websites onto their particular servers. These services make it possible for people that are using the internet to be able to view your website.

There are a lot of different web hosting services available on the internet. However, even though there are a lot of companies that offer their services there are only two types of services available for individuals. There are paid services and there are free services.

Web Hosting

All of the data that you list on your site will be saved onto a large server, and individuals will have the opportunity to visit your site as they please. The difference between a free hosting company and a paid hosting company is actually a lot more complicated then the monetary part of the arrangement.

While, most people would rather have free hosting for their sites, there are a lot of advantages to paid hosting that many people neglect to realize. With free hosting, you are given a limited amount of space for your website. With this limited amount of space, you may not be able to include everything that you desire onto your page.

However, with paid web hosting services you will be given a lot more space to design your site accordingly. The paid hosting will also give you the opportunity to obtain your very own domain name. A domain name is a name that you select for your site. Typically, domain names are simply and generally end with a dot com address.

When searching for the correct web hosting company for your website, there are a few thing that you need to bear in mind. You will definitely need to ensure that the site that you choose to be a part of will accommodate your needs. You also need to ensure that you are pleased with the services that are being offered to you by the hosting site that you decide to be a part of.

Laptops Shrink As Portability Becomes More of an Issue

Since Asus took the first steps to miniaturising the laptop with the EeePC, a host of manufacturers have followed suit. Even though it was initially designed to target the emerging markets by supporting the One Laptop per Child scheme, established markets in Europe and the US caught onto the idea and the EeePC was suddenly in demand. It was, however, not a perfect beginning.

Asus' concept was to provide a low cost alternative to people that would allow them to access the wealth of information available on the Internet. Residents in the west saw them as a cheap alternative to keep their children entertained and promptly snapped them up. However, many failed to recognise beforehand that laptop emulation wasn't high up on the EeePC's agenda and this resulted in many returns, with peripheral incompatibility being the main problem cited. Consumers didn't want Linux, they wanted the more familiar Windows and wanted to be able to use the netbooks in the same way as they use their laptops. Asus listened, and so did Dell, Acer, MSI and many more to follow.

Web Hosting

There's now a range of netbooks available from these manufacturers and are now slightly more affordable than standard laptops. The compatibility issues no longer remain and these miniature laptops are beginning to appear in everyday life more and more. The Intel Atom processor originally used and intended for smartphones has in some cases been replaced by the more robust Intel Celeron version traditionally used in laptops, providing extra power to make multi tasking much easier. Linux is still available as an operating system, but Windows has become a major selling point for some. For all the advances and changes made, though, netbooks are still not fully fledged replacements for laptops, merely just a more portable alternative.

Netbooks are ideal for being used on the move. Being more portable than laptops, owners find that they can easily use them in almost any location. However, the size advantage means that there is a trade off in functionality. Its original concept of being a method to access the Internet is still the predominant function. They are not capable of the processing power that laptops provide and are best used for simple document production, email checking and browsing. Unlike laptops, they will not be suitable for design work, gaming or watching movies. Portability means that netbooks are really only good for one task at a time. Another advantage over laptops that netbooks have is their battery life. Whereas laptops will usually last for around 2 hours, netbook users will find that they'll be able to work non stop for periods of time up to 7 hours.

Confusion may well exist around the true capabilities of netbooks with many consumers believing that they can perform as well as laptops or PCs. Remember, they are not capable of producing the same results as a laptop, but are more than adequate for mobile web browsing and simple tasks. However, with technology advancing all the time, it might well be feasible to expect that netbooks will soon catch up with the more powerful laptops. Eyes will probably turn towards the Far East to see indications of this, but for now, business users who need to be in touch with their inboxes will find that netbooks provide a great vehicle upon which to carry out their work.

Laptops Shrink As Portability Becomes More of an Issue
